The Engineering Maintenance Section is responsible for the planning, execution, and management of building projects, as well as the maintenance and renovation of campus facilities. Our work encompasses a broad range of infrastructure and systems, including:
  • Architecture and Civil Engineering
  • Plumbing and Water Systems
  • Mechanical and Electrical Systems
  • Air Conditioning, Elevators, and Boilers
  • Fire Safety Systems and Generators
For new construction projects, the section handles:
  • Initial planning and budgeting
  • Outsourcing and tendering processes
  • On-site supervision and quality control
  • Final inspection and accreditation
For maintenance and renovation, the section:
  • Coordinates with departments to identify and resolve facility issues
  • Manages project planning and implementation
  • Oversees repair work for utilities and safety systems
In addition, we are responsible for:
  • Public safety inspections of campus buildings
  • Implementation of accessibility improvement projects (barrier-free environments)
