The General Affairs Office is responsible for:

  • Campus maintenance
  • Green landscaping
  • Classroom and restroom cleaning
  • Removal and recycling of general, institutional, and biomedical waste

These efforts have been effectively maintained over time. The campus features scattered floral arrangements and well-maintained greenery. Through the Campus and Dormitory Environmental Cleanliness Supervision Meeting, regular cleanings are carried out, prompt corrective actions are taken, and promotional materials are posted to ensure a consistently neat and clean environment.

Drinking Water Safety:
To ensure drinking water safety, all water dispensers on campus are inspected quarterly by professional contractors. All past inspection results have met legal standards.

Pollution Prevention and Waste Liquid Management:
Laboratory waste liquids are centrally stored in a dedicated waste liquid storage room and cleaned regularly. General waste is managed through outsourced services.

Waste Disposal Policy:
The campus follows a “no-ground-dumping” garbage policy and mandates that removal contractors provide covered garbage trucks to maintain hygiene.

Environmental Education:
The university provides eight categories of environmental education courses to:

  • Promote environmental awareness

  • Strengthen students' environmental ethics and responsibility

  • Foster environmentally conscious citizens

In support of these efforts, an e-book website has been developed, including:

  • Handbook of Common Plants (Fucheng Campus)
  • Handbook of Common Animals (Fucheng Campus)
  • Handbook of Common Plants (Honors Campus)
  • Butterfly and Plant Ecological Photo Album
  • Guide to Protecting Small Wildflowers
  • South Gate Wall Grass Guide
  • Additional campus ecological guides and teaching materials
