    Instructional Activities
  1. Instructional Activities:
    Provide, circulate, and lease audiovisual and multimedia equipment and facilities to the university's teachers, students, and media users in order to support instructional activities.
  2. Professional Technology:
    Provide assistance and consultancy in multimedia technology and system design to media consumers, schoolteachers, media producers and instructional designers.
  3. Administrative Affairs:
    Design, produce and publish multimedia materials for administrative purposes with the technology in photographing, videotaping, graphic designing, and broadcasting.
  4. Digital Contents:
    Develop digital contents in the making of multimedia materials and applications for educational purposes and marketing needs.
  5. Distance Education:
    Design, produce and broadcast the programs of distant courses, web-based learning and teleconferencing through synchronous or asynchronous communications.
  6. Media Research:
    Investigate the trend, effectiveness and development of multimedia products from the perspective of academic theory and industrial application.
  7. Digital Learning:
    Promote digital learning with such activities as workshop, conference and in-service training, for the university, community and partner institutes.
  8. Cooperative Development:
    Use integrated technology to develop multimedia products through the corporation with academic and research institutes, industry and the government.
