The General Affairs Section is dedicated to supporting the university’s teaching and administrative operations by providing essential logistical and environmental services. Our primary responsibilities include:
  1. Meeting Room Rental and Management
     Coordinating reservations and maintaining the functionality of campus meeting rooms.
  2. Campus Cleaning Services
     Ensuring a clean and sanitary environment for faculty, staff, and students.
  3. Campus Greening and Beautification
     Maintaining and improving the greenery and visual appeal of the university grounds.
  4. Procurement Services
     Handling the procurement of goods and services for university departments, including:
    • Public bidding and contract acceptance
    • Electronic order placement
