Index || Chinese 　The Institute was established in 1992 as the first Graduate Institute of Tainan Teachers College. It began to offer both master degree programs and Doctoral program since 1999. The Institute also offers several in-service Master programs for elementary school teachers and administrators. By the way, it was renamed as “Graduate Institute of Graduate Institute of Educational Entrepreneurship and Management” since August 1, 2004, under the agreement of Ministry of Education.
The first and second head of Institute were Dr. Yuh-yih Wu and Dr. Jung-tsair Wang . The head of Institute is Dr. Tzung-hsien Huang at present.
Currently, the Graduate Institute has 3 professors and two associate professors actively involved in teaching, research and the initial training of elementary school teachers and supervision of graduate students. More than 10 scholars are the adjunct faculty in and out of college to support the Master and Doctoral program courses. Besides, there is one administrative staff to be in charge of general affairs.
　The Graduate Institute at present has 101 postgraduate students, 38 students at Doctoral program and the others at Master program. Additionally, there are more than about 100 graduate students are majored in the in-service Master program.
