1. The page numbers for regular and short papers are limited to 10 and 6
pages, respectively, including all figures, tables, and references. Second paper
(or more) for the same author registration must be charged NTD12,800(USD400) per
paper. Only regular paper allows up to 2 extra pages with NTD4,800(USD150) per
extra page.
2. At least one author has to pay regular rate
for each paper. No student
registration only for each paper.
3. Regular registration fee includes your attendance at all conference sessions,
three lunches, six coffee breaks, the half-day city tour, the welcome reception,
the banquet, and one copy of LNAI or CI series Book for regular and short
papers, respectively.
4. Student registration fee covers only your attendance at all conference
sessions, three lunches, six coffee breaks, the half-day city tour, the welcome
reception and the banquet; the proceedings are not included.

Please identify one of your memberships and the
identification number on the registration form.

Author Registration:
At least one author of each paper accepted for
presentation must register(as an author) by
March 1, 2009
and we must receive payment of full registration
fees by March 6, 2009
to guarantee that your paper can be published.

Student Registration: (cannot be considered
if you are the only person of registering author for
accepted papers)
Those who pay student registration fees need to show
their student certifications, either by scanning and
emailing to Registration Office or directly at the
registration desk when you check-in at the venue. In
this case, it is also required that the e-mail
address in the registration form MUST be the
official one, which shows the name of your
university. (No free
mail address, such as Yahoo, Gmail, etc.)
